Great read!
Finally a book that makes sense. Simply amazed at the amount of concise information crammed in one book! Step by step clear explanations that go deep to the root of the problems, covering all possible angles, making it easier to understand how to use the different therapies/remedies explained. A definite recommend!
I have had the pleasure to see a conference in Paris with the doctor Ameet Aggarwal, amazing speaker, and beautiful person. I bought the book the next day, as a student in naturopathy I was willing to read more about his work. I found very interesting info, all accessible for everyone. I hope someday his book is going to be translated into french )
I recommand the book for any person who wants to be free from anxiety and all kind of sress, past and future.
This is a great book. It has some sound medical advice and makes sense. As a physician I can appreciate the medical theories and I would recommend it to any patient of mine with and/or without modern medicine.
